About SFV
Shanghai First Venture (SFV) is the investment and strategic decision-making counterpart to the Shanghai Yantang Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bright Food (Group) Co., Ltd. (Bright). Bright is known as one of the largest state-owned modern food and retail conglomerates in China. The company is vertically integrated and is involved in primary, secondary, and tertiary industries.
Bright recently launched a global expansion initiative and has entrusted Shanghai Yantang to initiate an overseas acquisition program. At SFV, we are responsible for assisting Shanghai Yantang in all aspects of this process including: strategic planning advice, investment/merger & acquisition advisory services, and specialized food industry research.
SFV assists Shanghai Yantang and Bright in defining and managing its business development strategy. Bright's expansion into the global market is a task that requires sophisticated strategic planning and perspective, which SFV is able to provide after many years of experience, in and outside of China, with managing financial transactions in the food industry. |
