Part of Shanghai Yantang's strategic plan, as defined by SFV, is to grow revenues through acquisitions. SFV assists with this process by fielding and analyzing investment opportunities, as well as representing Shanghai Yantang to third parties during transactions. Some of our most recent accomplishments include:
Shanghai Tea Company: a well-established company in Shanghai that is focused in the tea industry with recognized brands, including “Shangcha.”
Longzun Wine: a chief wine company located in the east of China, which mainly produces and sells grape-based wine, Brandy and Whiskey. Its product is mainly sold overseas, particularly Europe and Russia, with selected market power in the Eastern and Southern regions of China.

Shanghai Yuanjie Technology Co. Ltd: China's biggest online directory, including related value-added services.
Shikumen Trade Company: a joint-venture company of SFV and Jinfen Wine. It sold Jinfen and Shikumen series of Huangjiu, or yellow wine, for about 70,000 tons in 2005.
New-Land: Shanghai new-land Food Trade Co. Ltd specializes in cold-chain logistics and cold-chain food trade. Relying on the retail network advantage of SSCW, Shanghai New-land provides customers with cold-chain logistics, delivering and providing fresh foods to retail markets.
Chamate: café/restaurant chain established in Shanghai, and expanding to many cities in China and Japan. Its objective is to sell to more international cities and spread China's Liaoli Culture and Tea Culture, while aspiring to be the first brand of Chinese style Leisure restaurant. Yadu: Yadu Indoor Environmental Technology Co. Ltd. is a leading indoor air purifying company in China, whose air-cleaning and air-dampening product accounts for over 70% of the market in China's main cities. |
